Reese Marketos wins $2.3 million judgment following arbitration award

After winning $2.3 million in a private arbitration on March 2017, Reese Marketos recovered a Final Judgment from a Tarrant County district court in connection the arbitration. Reese Marketos represented a trucking company who sued a highway contractor in connection with a massive highway project in Northern Tarrant County. The trucking company received all of the damages it requested in the arbitration plus 18 percent pre- and post-arbitration interest.
