- 2017 to 2020 law school graduates preferred.
- Strong writing and analytical skills (preference for candidates with law review and judicial clerkship experience).
- Commercial litigation experience (preference for candidates from large regional or national law firms).
- High academic achievement (preference for top ten percent of top-tier law schools).
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
